Position:  Customer Service Advisor
Hours: Full Time (40 hours) – Monday – Friday with a Saturday morning on a rota basis

While working as part of the Customer Service team you will be required to answer calls, process customer orders and enquiries through the Kerridge computer system.  

Essential requirements
Good computer Skills.
Good communication skills.
Good literacy skills.
Good customer service

Previous experience in a customer service role would be an advantage, however full training will be given for the successful applicant.

Position:  Assistant Customer Service Manager
Hours: Full Time – Monday – Friday (42.5 Hours)
with a Saturday morning on a rota basis

While working in the Customer Service Office you will be required to answer calls, process customer orders and enquiries through the Kerridge computer system.  

The role will support the Customer Service Manager and provide essential cover during holiday periods. The role also provides essential office based support for the Area Sales Managers and the Contracts team.

Any enhanced training on product fitness for purpose and ancillary products will be provided.

Essential requirements

Good computer skills and system knowledge.
Good communication and enquiry interrogation skills.
Good customer service skills with the ability to talk to a varied spectrum of customer types.
Good grasp of the technical aspects of the product offer.

Previous experience in an Assistant customer service management role or similar would be an advantage, however full training will be given for the successful applicant.
