Our tiles are sourced from the best manufacturers across Britain and Europe.

Yes. However, there can be slight variation from batch to batch of the shade and calibre of the tile.

We normally recommend that you allow 5-10% for cuts and wastage depending on the size of tile.

We are usually able to deliver across the United Kingdom, although you may need to give us a call to confirm a delivery cost should you live outside of mainland England and Wales.
Some areas of Scotland cost considerably more to deliver to.
Can I collect direct from your warehouse?
Yes. If the tiles are in stock you can collect direct from our onsite warehouse in Bridgnorth, Shropshire. Our Customer Collection Point is open Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
What if my tiles are out of stock?
We stock over 10,000 product lines on site and try our best to ensure this doesn't happen. However, should a product be out of stock we aim to notify you at the point of order. Due to the fast moving nature of our stock, and the fact that tiles may be in various batches at our warehouse, you will be notified and given an estimated arrival time usually ranging from 1-4 weeks depending on the products origin.

Should you have a technical question relating to the products, or your installation requirements, please contact our customer service team who will be happy to help you with your enquiry.
If I am looking at natural marble, stone or slate, do I have to seal the tiles?
Yes, as these products can have varying degrees of surface absorbency they must be sealed to avoid staining. The normal procedure is to seal the tiles once they are fixed prior to grouting, and then seal them again after all grout residue has been removed.
Once tiles have been fixed, before sealing please make sure the surface is clean.
How can I remove grout residue from the surface of the tiles?
You will need to use a cement residue remover or marble cement film remover for natural products. Please contact our customer services team who would be more than happy to give extra advice.
Can I use floor tiles on the wall?
Floor tiles are suitable for tiling onto most walls, although weight restrictions relating to the substrate will need to be considered before fixing. However wall tiles are not suitable to use on floors.
Can I use wall tiles on the floor?

I am worried that floor tiles will be cold underfoot
