We deliver to England, Wales and Scotland including Highlands and Islands.

Important Delivery Information
- Kerbside Pallet Deliveries
Orders containing tiles are delivered on pallets due to their size and weight. Deliveries are kerbside only — this means the driver will deliver your order to the nearest accessible kerbside at your property. You will need to arrange for the tiles to be moved from the kerbside to your property. - Receiving Your Delivery
An adult over 18 must be available at the delivery address to accept and sign for the order. This person must also be capable of transferring the tiles from the kerbside into the property. - Delivery Times
Deliveries are typically made between 8:00am and 6:00pm. - Access Requirements
If your delivery address has restricted access, please inform us at checkout or contact our Customer Service team in advance. - Confirming Your Delivery
Tiles and large orders are delivered on a pallet. We will usually contact you before we will ship the order to confirm you will be there to accept delivery. - Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to no one being available or access issues, redelivery charges may apply.
