Leeds Central Library by Craven Dunnill Jackfield
Working closely with specialist Heritage Tile Conservationists, Craven Dunnill Jackfield restored the opulent Reading room to its former Victorian glory. To achieve this vision over 15,000 tiles had to be painstakingly recreated by hand utilizing the original craft techniques so as to preserve the period style of the room.

Craven Dunnill's Renaissance brochure was runner up in the TTA 2008 Awards for 'Excellence in tile industry marketing'.
The campaign focused on illustrating the most stylish and creative kitchen and bathrooms settings presenting a constant reminder in the consumer and trade press that tiles are both beautiful and practical.
